We reserve the right to refuse or cancel any order at our discretion, including but not limited to suspected fraud, payment issues, or unauthorized transactions.
5. Shipping & Delivery
Processing times and shipping estimates are provided as guidelines only and are not guaranteed.
We are not responsible for delays caused by carriers, customs, weather, or other events outside our control once an order has shipped.
Risk of loss transfers to the customer once the order is handed to the shipping carrier.
6. Order Cancellations
Orders may be canceled within 24 hours of purchase for a full refund.
After 24 hours, cancellation requests are not guaranteed and are reviewed on a case-by-case basis once processing, packing, or fulfillment has begun.
Preorders follow the same cancellation policy unless otherwise stated at the time of purchase.

In general, returns are accepted within 14 days of delivery for eligible items that are unworn, unwashed, and in original condition with all tags, packaging, and the original Reverie garment bag included.
Items showing signs of wear or missing original packaging may be rejected or subject to a partial refund.
Certain items may be marked final sale and are not eligible for return.
8. Custom, Handmade & Preorder Items
Some items may be handmade, made-to-order, or produced in limited batches.
Slight variations are normal and expected.
Preorder items are produced or allocated based on inventory planning and are subject to the cancellation policy outlined above.
9. Intellectual Property
All content on this site—including designs, images, branding, product descriptions, and graphics—is the property of Reverie Fantasy Fashion and may not be copied, reproduced, or distributed without written permission.
